Terms of Use

Welcome to Fyro. These terms are an agreement between you and [operator name] ("we", "us") covering your use of the Fyro app, the website (fyro.sh) and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Fyro Terminal is a desktop app that lists the projects on your computer and on the remote hosts in ~/.ssh/config, gives each project a shell that keeps running in the background, and shows the status of agents in those shells and the usage of each machine. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time, and may deliver new versions to your computer through automatic updates.

2. Accounts

3. Your machines and the commands you run

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

If you violate these terms, we may limit or terminate your use of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The software, interface design, trademarks and logos of the Service (including Fyro's flame icon) belong to us or our licensors. Your projects, code, commands and the content you create in the Service remain yours; you grant us permission to store and process the data synced to our servers to the extent needed to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that persistent shells can be reattached after a system restart or crash, or that usage data will be complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service (including data loss and damage caused by commands run in a shell).

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms and will update the "Last updated" date at the top; material changes will be announced in advance in the app or on the website. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. You may stop using the Service and remove the app at any time.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to [court] as the court of first instance.
